Cedar Coast Vizslas is Located on Canada's West Coast. British Columbia, an outdoors mans dream, is surrounded by the Ocean & Mountains, making it the perfect home for one of the worlds most amazing breeds. The Hungarian Vizsla.

The European standard Vizsla is most true to its original characteristics. Our Vizslas were originally born in Europe, and brought to Vancouver to start the most premium line of Vizsla hunting dogs. Billie (August of 2013) was the first to arrive to Canada, followed by Ruby (April 2014). Hector is the Sire to both Billie & Ruby, and arrived to Canada in early 2014.

Cedar Coast is a member of the Canadian Kennel Club, with all of our Vizslas & litters fully registered with CKC. Our Vizlas come from Champion lines in Europe and are breed to the European standard. We comply with European standards, among them we do not dock our Vizslas tails and we do not remove their duclaws. We will not permit tail docking on any Cedar Coast registered Vizslas. 

Our Vizslas are home raised. Each of them live inside the homes of active and loving families. Cedar Coast is not a "kennel" as all of our Vizslas are family members first and foremost prior, during & after breeding. To our new puppy owners we strongly encourage puppy classes for obedience training. We also suggest as nosing and advanced obedience classes during the lifetime of your Vizsla as mental exercise is as important and physical for this breed. *Please read our Characteristics page fore more in-depth information regarding owning a Vizsla.
